A fully certified Kane School graduate, I am currently teaching private Pilates sessions at Totum Life Science in Toronto. My work has a strong focus upon alignment, mobility, and stability - and allowing the body to achieve pain-free movement.
As of now, I am only working through a studio. However, I am deeply interested in sharing this practice with the larger arts community. Stay tuned for developments.
